These Subscription Terms are section 17 of the Terms of Service and explain how LoadWizz billing works. LoadWizz is operated by ARDALUNA HOLDINGS LLC (Tennessee, USA).
1 · Free tier
Core features are provided without charge. The scope of the free tier may change with 30 days’ notice.
2 · Paid plans & auto-renew
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. A subscription auto-renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Reminder emails may be sent where required by law and where technically feasible.
3 · Where you manage it
- App Store / Google Play: billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the platform in your store account settings.
- LoadWizz.com: billing is handled by Stripe and managed from your account page.
4 · Price changes
We provide 30 days’ advance notice for price increases. You can cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new price.
5 · Cancellation
Cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription (or in your app store, for store purchases). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6 · Refunds
No refunds for partial periods. Disputes must be raised within 30 days. App-store purchases are refunded under that store’s policy.
7 · Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). LoadWizz does not store your payment-card details.
